It's said the Serpent can kill with a glance, but more likely he'll tear your throat and drink your blood. 
History
Serpent was also a member of Carnage's Sinister Sextet who were in a middle of robbing a cathedral when the Warriors of the Great Web interfered with their plans.
During the fight, Serpent was paired up with fellow teammate Hobgoblin against The Spider-Man and Spider U.K.. The battle did not last long as the Warriors gained the upper hand which led to the surrender of Hobgoblin and the others while Electro escaped.[1]Attributes
