History

Shadowforce was a team of convicted criminals turned government agents who were given superhuman powers through the Shadowforce process, developed by Project: Homegrown on the basis of data from the Fantastic Four, Captain America, the Hulk and others. They were sent after Spider-Man by General Sharpe.
