History

The Shrike are parasitic creatures created by Izel in order to suppress the will of their hosts for the eventual possession by others of her kind.

Powers and Abilities

Powers

• The Shrike enter a host through the mouth and attach themselves to the nervous system, turning them into essentially zombies under control of Izel. When threatened, they can turn their host's body into a large mass of crystals, priming them for detonation.

Weaknesses

• The Shrike are vulnerable to the extreme cold and to the special daggers used by Sarge and his crew.
