History

The Polish Armed Forces suffered a heavy defeat during the beginning of the Second World War when they were invaded by Nazi Germany in 1939, both for the surprise attack but above all for the inadequacy of the Polish Army which opposed the cavalry on horseback in opposition to the German tanks.
