History
The space station was the base of operations for Fu Manchu's plan to knock the Moon out of orbit thereby bringing about natural disasters on Earth. It would have done it via nuclear weapons, that would have shattered the Moon. Fu Manchu escaped the destruction of his subterranan city / mountain fortress and docked his spacecraft in the space station.[2]
Shang-Chi and Clive Reston sneaked on board the spacecraft and infiltrated the space station. Reston sabotaged the control systems while Shang-Chi searched for his father. He confronted his father, and when Fu Manchu was going to activate the Doom Device, he shot him in the back. Fu Manchu then escaped in a shuttle-craft, which had also been the control room. Shang-Chi and Reston then escaped the space station.[3]
