History
Skidsy Spencer was an architect in the WWII era that had the "fortune" to be the on-off boyfriend of Tessie Tender. He enlisted in the US army and later went into various different jobs. He also became a sort of "chewing toy" for his girlfriend and victim of her antics.
Personality
Skidsy had very short attention span, and was both a little careless and naive.
