History

Little is known of Skitter's origin, but it is believed she was once a Morlock who survived the Mutant Massacre. At some point she joined Moon Knight's Shadow Cabinet as his insider in the mutant community.

When Moon Knight was attacked by mysterious assailants, he called a meeting of the Shadow Cabinet to investigate. Skitter did not have much useful information for Spector, but she was able to confirm that the attackers were not mutants.
