History

Skooter was a member of the Dystopia Rebellion created by Rick Jones. It was he who tested the functionality of Dr. Doom's time machine in order to travel to the past to enlist the help of the Hulk. During the fight between the Hulk and the Maestro, Skooter reported to Janis that they could hurry to the new location and that all the material was already stored there. He also asked Janis if it was possible for Hulk to beat the Maestro.
