History
Leader (proclaimed "President") of the illegal St. Louis biker gang Skull-Crushers, the man known as Snake was in a relationship with fellow Skull-Crusher Ruth Hart, but she believed he cared less for her than for his motorbike, his chain and his leadership of the gang. After a year of relationship with Hart, Snake took 1,000$ from the gang's funds to buy heroin, with the intent of re-selling it for profit (He eventually found a buyer offering 1,200$). Snake hid the stash under his bike's seat, then blamed Hart. Hart escaped, reaching Florida (specifically Man-Thing's Swamp), with Snake and the Skull-Crushers following her, intent on killing her. In the Swamp, the Skull-Crushers found grotesque local monster Man-Thing; reacting with violence, the gang was unable to hurt the creature, and Snake, being the foremost agressor, lost his chain within the monster's chest in an attack. The monster burned Snake's right hand before leaving. Snake swore to get even on the Man-Thing, after they'd find Hart. The gang also bandaged Snake's hand.[1]
The gang found Hart with her new friend, Richard Rory, to whom she had told the story. As Hart escaped to the swamp, Snake jumped on the available target, Rory. Rory, unable to best Snake physically, confronted Snake by telling him the truth in front of his men. To avoid further accusations, Snake dropped Rory and followed Hart - but Rory then told the Skull-Crushers, and they in turn found Snake's drugs, proving that Hart was innocent.[1]
Snake eventually found Hart near a small cabin that the Man-Thing's enemies had left as a trap; seeing the Man-Thing suffering, Snake decided to see both his enemies die together. Rory, however, found them all, and wrestled Snake. Even injured, Snake overpowered Rory again, and offered to not kill him if Hart admitted to have stolen the money - but in the meanwhile, without them knowing, the Man-Thing destroyed the trap using Snake's chain, then throwed the item over his shoulder. The chain hit Snake on the back of his head, killing him instantly.[1]Personality
