History
The Sokovia Accords are a set of documents created by the United Nations to enforce guidelines for the use of enhanced individuals in combat situations. The documents were signed by 117 member nations. It was created after Ultron's attack on the European nation of Sokovia. Those who violated the Accords or other superhuman-related legislature would end up in the Raft, a maximum security prison specifically designed by Thunderbolt Ross to house enhanced individuals and work in conjunction with the Accords.[1]
By the 2020s, the Sokovia Accords had been repealed.[2]Alternate Reality Versions
