Synopsis for "Memoirs"
Patsy Walker is promoting her autobiography, The Hellcat Chronicles, in a talk show. She's initally annoyed by the interviewer regarding her father-in-law and the mutants in the Defenders, and once the subject changes to her ex-husband Buzz Baxter, Mad-Dog himself invades the studio, and knocks out Patsy with poison in his fangs. Patsy awakens in her Hellcat suit in Mad-Dog's lair in an abandoned workshop. They argue back and forth, and Baxter confesses he still loved Patsy, and told her where he thought their marriage had fallen apart, yet when she responded he kicked her down. Patsy lashed out at him, verbally and physically, and scratched Baxter's eyes. Patsy said she never loved Baxter, and as he fell unconscious he called her a liar. Patsy was more honest with herself as the police dragged Mad-Dog off to prison.
