The Sovereign are a highly advanced race engineered by the High Evolutionary inhabiting a series of planetoids by the same name. As a species, the Sovereign have evolved beyond the need for sexual reproduction and now control the DNA of the progeny through birthing pods. This means that each member of the Sovereign is specially designed to the optimal physical and mental level as designed by the community.
