It is Idouah, the Spear of Bashenga-- the founder of the Panther Tribe. It is a sacred totem and centuries old. It belongs to the chieftain of the Panther Clan--which, at the moment, is you. 
The Spear of Bashenga, Idouah, is a Vibranium spear first used by the original Black Panther King Bashenga and passed down from Panther to Panther down the royal line of Wakanda.
History
The spear was looked after by Zuri during T'Challa's reign; however the king still used it in certain tribal rituals, such as that of the Hunt. Everett Ross was expected to use it for this purpose during T'Challa's absence fighting Ultron with the Avengers, but was unable to muster the courage to kill with it.[1] When a resurrected N'Jadaka beat T'Challa into a coma during a challenge for the Panther mantle, Everett yielded the challenge in T'Challa's stead and the spear was passed on to N'Jadaka.[2]
Shuri used the spear as her primary weapon during the Doomwar.[citation needed]
During his time stranded in the Intergalactic Empire of Wakanda, T'Challa gained the ability to teleport the spear directly into his hand, using it in combat with Manifold.[3]See Also
