History

A supermax top-secret underwater prison for the worlds greatest psychopaths. Even the vice-president doesn't know about it. Shortly after Norman Osborn was mysteriously sent there, his followers rioted in the second wing and caused a lot of chaos killing many guards. Other super villains in the Third Wing were able to escape along Osborn.
