Synopsis for "The Looney Larcenies of Leaper Logan"
Leaper Logan is a criminal that escapes from prison with the aid of a spring-based device or suit, and starts a mini-crime spree around Springdale. His thefts are clever in that the initials of the items that he steals spell out L-E-A-P-E-R. Speedball (Robbie Baldwin) figures out the pattern and sets out to track down the thief.
Robbie figures out that the final target is the Hammond Museum, and he finds Leaper Logan there trying to steal Roman coins. Speedball uses his kinetic powers to stop the thief after a battle. Finally, Officer Burnatt arrives to intervene and end the crime spree by arresting Leaper Logan.

Synopsis for "For Kicks"
A martial arts movie star named Chick Harris visits Robbie Baldwin's high school to give a demonstration during an assembly. Chick Harris is taken hostage by a gang during the event, intending to to collect a ransom. Speedball intervenes during the hostage crisis. During the confrontation, Speedball makes a discovery about the perpetrators and the story ends with Speedball neutralizing the threat and freeing the hostages.
