Synopsis for "The Bug-Eyed Voice"
The Bug-Eyed Voice is stealing in Springdale and it has the police stumped for suspects. Robbie is beginning to control his powers, but hasn't mastered them yet. No longer implicated in the murder of her former boyfriend, Alex Bow, Maddy Naylor, Robbie's mom, is now free to hold the historical exhibit that was cancelled in previous issues.
During the course of the story, a newspaper journalist and a TV news anchor argue about whether print or pictures are better to tell the story. The Bug-eyed Voice sets his eyes on the antique coin display of when each state minted their own money.
Robbie catches the thief just after he places everyone else into a back room, so no one witnesses his transformation to Speedball and capture of the criminal.

Synopsis for "Cat's Eye!"
Robbie finally thinks he can capture Niels the Cat in order to discover more about his powers. Niels is discovering that he has powers of his own. And these powers do not go unnoticed.
The next day, Robbie is asked by his Natural History teacher to write a report about his favorite animal, and Robbie volunteers to do the report about cats. Robbie is sure this will help him learn a way to capture Niels easier. As Robbie sets his trap, Niels is actually captured by the group that was tracking him. Robbie, as Speedball, interrupts this capture and makes a startling discovery about the would be captors. Robbie uses his new knowledge to save Niels and confound the captors, who leave the scene with a new found appreciation for catnip. Who are the captors, and will we see them again? And what was the cow incident all about?
