History

Spider-Amoeba is a clone of Randy Vale, created by Carrion, and using blood from Peter Parker. Carrion was unable to control his creation and, worse, found his decaying touch did not work against it. The Spider-Amoeba was therefore able to run amok and consume the helpless Carrion alive.
