History
The Spider-God was a creature with unknown origins and through unknown means ended up hiding in the basement of the Parker residence. Peter Parker was abused by his Uncle Ben and the Spider-God approached Peter to seek revenge.
Once his aunt and uncle were killed, Peter seemed to have been freed, but was visited by the Exiles Blink and Nocturne, accompanied by Wolverine.
They separated the boy from the monster, and let Spider-God and Wolverine tear at each other, as the Tallus wanted them to, then left an angry Peter Parker alone, knowing that he had been bitten by the Spider-monster.[1]
