But the lines are clear to me now. I know exactly where it all goes. There's still a chance. If all of you can get over your differences... if you can actually work together... you can change Mary Jane back into the rebellious but loyal friend she was. You can turn George Stacy back into the man you love more than anything in the Multiverse. But you have to go back to The End of Time. You have to bring the fight to Finale. Together.

IRON…GWEN?!
• Spider-Gwen thought she had seen it all…until she met the ever-eccentric genius Gwen Stacy of 1989!
• And she's got a powerful suit of armor to match!
• But will the added firepower of Iron Gwen be enough to take on Night-Gwen?!Trivia
- The issue makes uses of various elements of the Cthulhu Mythos:
- Doctor Cephalopod mentions the Old Ones and the Great Race of Yith (the latter being depicted in Marvel Comics for the first time after mere mentions in Mystic Arcana: The Book of Marvel Magic #1), both created by H.P. Lovecraft. Cephalopod himself is described or confused for a Great Old One, his form (acquired while researching into the Old Ones) being similar to Cthulhu's.
- When Doctor Cephalopod shared temporal profiles/shadow templates with Nightbird, a projection of the Yellow Sign (a creation of Robert W. Chambers, integrated into the Cthulhu Mythos by August Derleth) appeared on her forehead. The Yellow Sign appeared again when Nightbird herself shared those informations into Captain Marvel (Earth-80329).
