Synopsis for "I Was An Intergalactic Juvenile Delinquent!"

Reprint of the 1st story from
Skrulls Vs. Power Pack #1

The story opens in the house of the Power family, where the 4 kids are helping their parents with the daily chores. Little do the parents know that these four are not their kids, but four Skrull impersonators send to Earth by Warpriest Kh'oja.

24 hours earlier, the Powers were celebrating Franklin Richards’ birthday at the local bowling center, when they suddenly came under attack by 2 alien bounty hunters named Abercombie and Finch. Backed up by Franklin, who had received his own super costrume and a set of usefull gadgets from his father, Power Pack tried to fight the Aliens off. Sadly all four of them were captured and Franklin seemingly killed. As soon as the bounty hunters left with Power Pack, the four Skrull impersonators took their place.

The real Power Pack now finds itself on Patchworld, where they are standing trial for crimes they supposedly committed like plundering the archives of the wanderers of the Black Galaxy (Katie), stealing the Reliquary of Truth from the planetoid of Aves (Alex), stealing the never decoded Tabernacle of the Ethereals (Julie) and looting the sacred knowledge-troves of the Taurians (Jack). The trial is overseen by High Lord Byrel. Power Pack receives help from Kofi Whitemane, cousin of the late Aelfyre Whitemane, who vows to defend Power Pack during the trial. Warpriest Kh'oja acts as the accuser. Kofi tries to buy time to prepare his case, which Byrel grands him, but Byrel insistst that Power Pack will be send to the Reform School Planet Hadith VI while waiting the continuation of their trial.

Back on Earth, Franklin, who survived the fight after all, returns home and finds his robotservant Herbie cooking dinner. The Fantastic Four are not home since they are on a mission to the Renaissance. Using the pendant that Jack gave them during a previous adventure, Franklin summons smartship Friday and sets out to find Power Pack. The story ends with the four kids trapped in a surreal world from which there seems no escape.
