Synopsis for "Power Struggle"
Peter Parker is worried that he will not get enough money to pay for Aunt May's mortgages so he asks his boss, Mr. Jameson, for an assignment. Electro interrupts the scene and tells Jameson that he will take over the city and demands that the Daily Bugle should retract all negative comments about him and get a decent photograph. J. Jonah Jameson orders Peter to find Electro to get his photo. Peter takes the oppurtunity as Spider-Man to find the powerplant and thwart Electro's plan by getting the plant foreman Bill to turn of the power suppressor and thus shorting out himself.
