Civil War Parker seeming had the same history as his Earth-32323 counterpart up until some point after the creation of the Warzone. He began to dimension hop to prevent Civil Wars across the various Earths. Along the way, he documented the histories of said Earths. Arriving on Earth-TRN461, he attacked S.H.I.E.L.D. agents who were on their way to register superheroes with the Superhuman Registration Act. He was being chased by TRN461's Spider-Man, who wanted to stop agents from being assaulted, and the Sinister Six, who wanted the archive.

After telling his counterpart his story, he took him to meet Nick Fury. While meeting up with his Secret Avengers, Agent Venom revealed to him that Fury had bugged him. During their conversation, S.H.I.E.L.D. agents surrounded them and took out Thompson. While escaping, he teamed-up with pro-registration Miles Morales to rescue Flash. While on the run, Spider-Man found him and told him Fury commended his actions, inadvertently convincing Parker to destroy the archive and join the Spider-Men and S.H.I.E.L.D..[1]

He initially confused a cosplayer with Spider-Woman, but after learning she owned working Web-Shooters, he teamed-up with her to defeat Mysterio.[1]

He was taken under the wing of Iron Man, who gave him a new Spider-Suit. He coincidentally came in conflict with the Vulture of his reality, but their fight almost hurt civilians. In response, he new suit was taken away. Despite this setback, Peter didn't give up and was able to stop Toomes from ransacking Avengers Tower.

After learning that Thanos was returning to Earth, Stark gave him an Iron Spider Armor.

He was among the heroes defeated by the Wilder Pack and imprisoned in the Mutant Pits. He joined Helix's Mutant Militia and they led a revolt and eventually dethroned the Wilder Pack.[1]

She and the other clones escaped, and working with Spider-Man they defeated Octavius. From then on she began her life as Jessica Drew; Spider-Woman.

She was among the Spider-Women that was brought to Earth-TRN461 to defeat the Inheritors.[1]

A female clone of Ultimate Spider-Man created by Doctor Octopus, Jessica first fought crimes under the name, Spider-Woman. She later decided to take up the identity of Black Window after Captain America's death. She led and founded the team known as Young Ultimates.

Later, Jessica Drew along with fellow hero the second Spider-Man (Miles Morales) was recruited by the S.H.I.E.L.D. of Earth-TRN461 to defeat the Sinister Six.[1]

Anya was just teenage gymnast living in Brooklyn when she saved Miguel Legara's life. In gratitude, the stranger revealed himself to be a sorcerer and triggered her arachnid powers such as an exoskeleton. From then he recruited her into the Spider Society, his secret order. At first, Anya believed her powers came from the sorcerer, but eventually she realized that power came from herself, and he had only awakened it.

Sometime after becoming Araña, Anya was recruited by the Spider-Man of Earth-TRN461 to defeat the Sinister Six.[1]

During the invasion, the reality was also invaded by a group of totem hunters known as the Inheritors. Ben and Kaine worked together to protect Spider-Punk from the hunters.

When the team learned that the Inheritors were immortal through clones from Earth-802, the Superior Spider-Man volunteered Scarlet go due to Kaine's connection to The Other. Before he left, Ben was able to convince him to allow him to come along.

During the rise of The Symbiotes, the remnants of the Carnage Symbiote resurfaced in Ben and possessed him. He was eventually freed by the Superior Spider-Man's Anti-Symbiote Ray, which disrupted Carnage's control.[1]

Sometime after becoming the receptacle of The Other, Kaine was recruited by the S.H.I.E.L.D. of Earth-TRN461 to defeat a team of Sinister Sixers from across the Multiverse. He made friends with Spider-Man (Ben Reilly).

During the invasion, the reality was also invaded by a group of totem hunters known as the Inheritors. He ran into one of them, Jennix, and learned that, through his connection to The Other, he could hurt them. He used this new-found knowledge to protect Spider-Punk.

Kaine was soon approached by the Superior Spider-Man to join his Superior Spider-Army. He initally declined, but eventually joined.

Learning that the Inheritors were immortal through clones from Earth-802, the Superior Spider-Man volunteered Kaine go since he could harm them. Before he left, Ben was able to convince him to allow him to come along. Succeeding in destroying the cloning facility, they returned to Earth-TRN461.

Scarlet Spider was taken over by The Other and allied with The Symbiotes. Given symbiote catalysts, they used them on Spider-Man (Peter Parker), causing his symbiote to lose control.[1]

He took part in the tournament to win the Spider-Totem, but was defeated by Arachno-Man. Later, he and Patient Zero tried to kidnap "Spider-Hank."[1]
