Synopsis for "Place Your Bets"
When Spider-Man and the Hulk get into a fight, Electro and several other bar patrons place bets on the outcome. Electro wins big and uses his earnings to fund his latest scheme -- a van which he custom outfits with a gigantic lightning rod. The story ends with a two week time jump at which point Spider-Man has caught him and mocks him for always planning stupid heists.
