Synopsis for "Spider-Woman: Agent of S.W.O.R.D., Part Five"

Jessica Drew has just escaped from Hydra by jumping off the roof of their Madripoor base. Her Spider-Woman suit would allow her to glide safely to the ground, but she is not wearing it. So instead of gliding, she is falling. Fortunately, Jessica is able to aim her body as she plummets to the ground and, using a string of lantern lights to slow her momentum, lands in the water of a fountain in the city. A bit worse for wear but alive, she loses consciousness.

Two days later, Jessica wakes up in a hospital bed, her room guarded by two police officers. She staggers out of her bed and asks the officers to arrest her. They oblige. Jessica is perp-walked into the police station, where she is greeted by cold stares - plus one hard right to the jaw - from officers who believe she killed their comrades (Madame Hydra is actually responsible). She is taken to an interrogation room and joined promptly by a Detective Wang, who brings with him a box of her things.

Wang tells Jessica that thanks to their security cameras, they know she did not kill the police officers two days ago. Wang asks Jessica why she is in Madripoor and what Madame Hydra wanted with her. Jessica tells him she knows the location of Hydra’s base, but Wang ignores her, instead asking who she is working for. A frustrated Jessica breaks her restraints, then uses her pheromone powers to fill Wang with fear. Jessica demands to know if Wang is an agent of Hydra, but realizes that he has been stalling for time because someone is coming for her. Wang’s fear finally overcomes him and he passes out.

Jessica blasts out the cameras and grabs her Spider-Woman costume from the box Wang brought into the room. Jessica dons her costume on the roof of the station, but before she can take more than two steps, a plane descends in front of her and out step the Thunderbolts.
