—Peter Parker[source]I don't know how else to describe it. There were these floating spots of black all over his body. And- and his body seemed- I don't think he was wearing clothes. All white, chalk-white, with black spots cascading and moving over him and into each other like a human-lava-lamp kind of thing. It was freaky. He was a man made up of spots.
History
A man named Frank was subjected to an experiment at a Roxxon Industries complex which accidentally mutated him, transforming his entire body into white, and allowing him to manipulate black wormholes of anti-matter. Furious at his transformation, he began to trash the laboratory. His frenzy caught the attention of authorities and the media. Spider-Man went to check the situation and tried to reason with Spot to no avail. The villain used his newfound powers to attack Spider-Man until apparently running out of the ability to generate more spots. Spider-Man beat him up and left him to the police.[1]
