History
A huge tank-like vehicle developed by Stane Industries. SHIELD acquired one of these, and took it to Paterson, New Jersey to attack well-defended Cybertek Systems after Cybertek was involved in illegal activities in Estrella. SHIELD agent Alexander Pierce piloted the vehicle, with SHIELD director Nick Fury walking to recon. Fury met Deathlok, a cyborg wanting revenge on Cybertek for personal affronts. With the tank intimidating Deathlok -and Deathlok's computer calculating that the tank could easily obliterate Deathlok-, Fury negotiated with Deathlok: They both wanted to apprehend Cybertek head Harlan Ryker, and Fury agreed to let Deathlok try first and risk his life, hoping that Deathlok would deliver Ryker to SHIELD.[1] As Deathlok took too long, Fury gave him for lost and started the attack on the Cybertek facilities using the tank. Pierce shot at Cybertek, creating a huge hole that allowed SHIELD agents to infiltrate the facility from underground - but by then, Deathlok and Ryker were already gone.[2]
Trivia

- Stane's Land Attack Vehicles Mark I to XIII, or XV onward, have never been shown.
