History
Iron Man has used diverse booster rockets as means of increasing his speed to get to other locations, be it on Earth or into space. It was first used in conjunction with the Stealth Armor to invade Russia.[1]
The booster rocket was used many times in conjunction with the Neo-Classic Armor: As a way for Stark to fly into an unspecified communist nation to unsuccessfully save one of his friends from execution,[2] to analyze a satellite that had been invaded by an artificial monster,[3] flying a remote-controlled armor to China,[4] and Tony was contacted by Doctor Doom while fixing a satellite.[5]
A booster rocket was used in conjunction with the Telepresence Armor to analyze a former Stark Space Station which lead to a conflict with Technovore.
A booster rocket intended for spaceships was used as a last resort by Tony in conjunction with the Extremis Armor to fly into space as a way to better analyze unusual worldwide disasters. After pinpointing the source as Wundagore Mountain, Tony employed the rocket.[6] Tony was forced to detonate the rocket as a way to defeat the Hulk after a manipulation by the imposter Scarlet Witch.[7]
