History

After suffering from defunding, the Avengers moved their base of operations to an abandoned Stark Industries facility in New Jersey.

Hangar

The facility was in a rather poor condition, with only one Quinjet available, a small kitchen, and computer systems salvaged from Avengers Tower located in the main office.

Stark later lost the deed to the headquarters, and the Avengers were forced to close it down.
