History

The young child known as Static is a Warpie who was created as a side effect of the reality warp initiated by Mad Jim Jasper when he attempted to take over Great Britain. Later he was "rescued" by agents of the R.C.X. when he was very young and brought to their facility to raise. Whether or not he was in the group of Warpies that was taken to Braddock Manor or the other one that was sent to Muir Island or a different one altogether is unknown.

Months later when the super-hero team Excalibur was abducted by the R.C.X. on the orders of Agent Peter, Static was assigned to be the escort for Shadowcat while she was being held at Cloud Nine.

It is also unknown if Static lost his powers at the same time the other Warpies lost theirs on Otherworld.

Currently none, all of the Warpies were depowered by Captain Britain on Otherworld using the Sword of Might.

Former Powers

• Power Negation: Static had the power to neutralize the paranormal powers of other people. Static could control this ability and choose the person he wanted to neutralize without affecting others in the same area.
• Self-Propelled Flight: Static could also fly.

Weaknesses

It is unknown if Static is mute or simply chooses to not speak.
