History

Stencil was among the mutants gathered at a safehouse when the assassin Firefox attacked. She escaped along with Blind Faith and the others, remaining with them and forming the Exiles.

Telepathy: Stencil has a unique form of telepathy that allows her to "mindsuck" the psychic residue of selected victims in a large area, even up to dozens of people at one time. The minds of her victims remain housed with her own, often causing a distinct split-personality problem. The plus side allows Stencil to become someone with unique talents of a soldier, spy, etc., while the down side often finds "Colonel Krychev" in "Maria's" blonde wig and dress.
