Stephen King is the father of writer Joe Hill.

Professional History

Stephen King is a prolific author of horror and bizarre stories.

He wrote a few Cthulhu Mythos stories, such as the short story "Jerusalem's Lot", and has referenced elements of the Mythos within other works. For example, In Stephen King's The Stand, Randall Flagg, the Dark Man, was stated to be many evil entities, including "Nyarlahotep" (the scene is adapted in The Stand: The Night Has Come #4).
