History
Steve Rogers was born in the 1920s.[2] In the middle of World War II, he went with his partner Peggy Carter to Wakanda to warn King T'Chanda of a deal that would be between Hydra and the Shadow Council. The king agreed that they both accompany him and they went to Morocco where the meeting would be held. All three were ambushed and taken to a castle in Switzerland. Peggy released Cap and he chased after Heinrich Zemo while Peggy was able to defeat Arnim Zola. Rogers fought Zemo and Zemo got killed and the Wakandan artifact T'Chanda was looking for was lost.[3]
Captain America was among the Avengers imprisoned in another dimension by Regent and was rescued by Spider-Man, Otto Octavius, Anna Maria Marconi, Cloak, and Dagger before helping them defeat Regent.[4]
Maximum Venom[]
After receiving a distress signal from Star-Lord, Captain America was one of the Avengers (the others being Iron Man, Captain Marvel and Thor) who flew off into space to help out. While there, the heroes were ambushed by the Klyntar symbiotes that had been reported by the Guardians of the Galaxy, one of which bonded with Captain America. Once back on Earth, the symbiote-infused heroes battled Spider-Man, Ironheart, Spy-D, Hulk and Doctor Strange, passing the alien infection on to many of them in the process. Captain America, the Avengers, and the rest of the infected New Yorkers, were eventually freed after Spider-Man and Max Modell successfully infused Baby Groot with the Anti-Venom Symbiote, which in turn allowed Groot to cover the city with spores that destroyed the symbiote invaders.[1]Paraphernalia
