History
Steve Rogers was the first super-soldier to take the name of Captain America during World War II. Along with his partner Bucky, Rogers was instrumental in some of the most strategic battles against the Nazi Regime. Cap even took on Adolf Hitler himself and ended it in a victory.
Rogers was last seen with Bucky when they were trying to stop a nuclear missile heading towards the United States. They managed to redirect it to the North Pole before it exploded, and Bucky apparently managed to get off with Cap's help. But Rogers went down with the missile into the cold arctic water. He was then found frozen in the present day by the superhero team the Avengers.
Iron Man melted the block hoping that Rogers would wake up from his cryogenic sleep, but he didn't. Stark then preformed a diagnostic on corpse and found that he suffered a brain aneurysm before being frozen, but could not explain the mysterious reason of how it happened.[1]Attributes
