Synopsis for "The One Who Watches!"
An old man cries out to the townspeople about seeing a monster when they come it is gone. It is point out that the old man is the only one to have ever seen the monster and that he could be making it up. A famed scientist is in the crowd named Ivan von Gent. He decides to find the answer once and for all. Alone with the old man he determines that it must be something only he can see and thus removing the element from the old man's tears and adding it into his own eyes he should be able to see the monster as well. Ivan regathers with the old man and together they wait for the monster. The two see it and Ivan calls out to the townspeople and the monster fades just as it has done so before. The townspeople don't belief him and the old man begins to leave stating that "you are the one who watches" to Ivan who has now become the new watcher that keeps the monster at bay.

Synopsis for "The Black Beard!"
A con man on the run from the police waits for his girlfriend at a cafe so the two can run away together. When she arrives she speaks to a gentleman at the bar with a beard. Mac Grant the con man sits at the table and notices that she was followed by the police and assumes she did this to throw off his identity. Mac leaves the cafe without Lois and goes to an airport where he steals an experimental jet that goes extremely fast. Hours through the fog he notices that when he lands he's back at the same airport. Mac decides to go back to the cafe and look for Lois but before doing so he disguises himself. Once at the cafe he's greeted by Lois. Mac explains that she was smart for throwing off the detectives. Lois seems confused before two detectives approach Mac and Lois. Mac is arrested but before leaving he looks back and sees himself at the table looking back at him. It would see that the jet he stole went so fast it actually broke the time barrier and sent Mac into the past which allows him to view his own arrest.

Synopsis for "When the Yogi Speaks!"
A criminal has a mystic teach him and his men mystical powers so that they can evade the police and get into Canada. Yogi Punjor does so in exchange for $50,000 and during the crossing all of the mobsters use their various powers to cross the border. When the Police Captain confronts Punjor he returns the stolen $50,000 and tells the captain that he could read the criminals minds and while he did teach them how to use their powers he did not teach them out to reverse them.

Synopsis for "The Most Dangerous Man in the World!"
A nondescript man with a daily routine is picked on for being a nobody. Harry decides he'll make himself famous by predicting the death of people, ironically he predicts the death of a man who then gets hit by a truck. The following day when the newspaper man won't write about him he states that he can also will death onto people. The newspaper man calls him a loon and leaves. That night while leaving his office Harry attempts to murder him but is easily stopped. At the prison it is discovered he had a brain tumor that was causing him not to think straight, but he was written about in the paper and that made Harry happy.
