Synopsis for "The Sacrifice!"
In the year 1971 a man makes the first flight to Mars and finds to his horror that a plant creature has destroyed all life on Mars and demands to be taken to Earth so as to repeat the process. The man kills himself by blowing up the spaceship and stranding the monster in space.

Synopsis for "The Warning!"
A man in a park warns several passerby that he saw a statue move but all, including the police officer, dismiss him as a kook. He addresses the statute, who replies back to him, send many more advance invasion troops disguised as statutes.
