Synopsis for "Desperate Straits"
Somewhere in upstate New York, Cloak struggles against the binding chains cast by the magicks of Mister Jip. Meanwhile, Dagger is imperiled by Shadow Slaves. They both fight back against adversity, to escape their current predicament; when Cloak appears to have been summoned by a ritual and Dagger fights back the shadow slaves to find them controlled by a enemy.
