History

The Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division shared history with its counterpart from Earth-199999. During 1970 it was still a secret organization and operated in a hidden facility located in Camp Lehigh, Virginia, led by Director Margaret Carter. During that year the facility was visited by time-traveling Steve Rogers and Tony Stark from the year 2023, who stole the Tesseract and a sample of Pym Particles before returning to their own time.
