Stronghold 1 was an American prison ship that was being used to deport Mister Negative to China. It was a large cargo ship, one with significant security onboard. The ship was assaulted at night by the Inner Demons who were assisted by the Shade corrupted Dagger and Cloak. Everyone on board was either killed, thrown into the wide sea, or corrupted by Mister Negative's powers. He took control of the ship and continued onward to China, having decided to establish his operation in his country of birth.[1]
