Sugar Man operated Apocalypse's Dice Mines, where Apocalypse sent those he didn't like. He was playing Uno with Bishop and Cable when Weapon X, Sabretooth, Gambit, Rogue, Magneto and Wild Child came looking for Bishop to use time travel to prevent this reality.
