History
The Sunny Day Cleaning Supply Company had a building in Shanghai, which was being used by Mister Negative. Within was a drug lab manufacturing the drug Shade. The operation was discovered by Spider-Man and the workers were arrested by the police.[1] It's unknown if the company was owned by Mister Negative or if that facility was the only one being used.
