Since Spider-Man was on hand as part of the Fantastic Five, the Red Ghost's Super-Apes were being kept occupied, leaving Ben to handle The Red Ghost, while Reed and Johnny traveled to the Blue Area of the Moon and met Uatu the Watcher for the first time. Kragoff and the Super-Apes were defeated, but escaped capture.
