Synopsis for "The Crime of the Century, Part 1"
A series of flashbacks shows how Tombstone never wanted Janice to enter his world, and so he paid her for law school and she later went to work in a law firm as a lawyer. One day she is entrusted with the task of mediating between Baron Zemo and Fixer and managed to reconcile them and discovered that they are looking for someone to turn into a supervillain, she volunteers, thus assuming the identity of the Beetle.
