Synopsis for "Mistaken Identity Crisis"
Spider-Boy fights Mirage under Spider-Man's watch and after he defeats him, Spidey buys him ice cream. As the two discuss the different effects caused by being hit by the totem dagger. Shortly afterwards they are attacked by Supernova and Spider-Man tells Spider-Boy not to intervene, so he simply proceeds with the civilians. Anna Maria sees the fight on the news and, having recognized Estrella, decides to intervene, while Doctor Octopus follows her to enjoy the fight. Peter has no idea who Supernova is, but from one of his sentences he understands that he is angry with Doc Ock, for something he did while he was in his body. Since Supernova's purpose is to kill Spider-Man, Peter takes off his costume in order to defend civilians, but unfortunately one of the Ocktoides sees him and reports the information to Otto.

Synopsis for "Negative Reinforcement"
Having discovered Spider-Man's identity, Otto fully regains his memories of the time he spent in his body. Back when Otto was Spidey, Spider-Boy rejoices that he finally got the web shooters and realizes that his mentor has been much more accommodating recently, letting him stay late on school days and taking him along on missions more dangerous. However, his spider-sense informs him that the Inner Demons are in danger from Spider-Man. In disbelief, he reaches him and, having noticed his behavior, thinks he was the victim of Mister Negative's touch, but the latter takes advantage of his distraction to touch him. Otto thinks it would be a perfect excuse to kill Spider-Boy since with his powers he could find out who he really is, but he can't bring himself to kill a child. While Negative tries to escape the Fantastic Four arrive on the scene and he flees with plenty of loot. Eventually Spider-Boy frees himself from his control, and Otto entrusts him to the Fantastic Four to get him away.
