Sue Storm shared a similar reality to her Earth-616 counterpart until she was set to give birth to her son Franklin. On this reality Sue died because Annihilus delayed Reed Richards before he could bring back the Cosmic Control Rod in time to save her life. A funeral was held in the Baxter Building for Sue by Reed, Johnny and Ben Grimm, and attended by several allies and former enemies of the Fantastic Four, including Namor. Her death also had a great impact on Reed, who was driven insane, and hellbent on getting revenge on Annihilus.[1]
