While the owner is on vacation he receives a telegram that the engineer has finally died, which makes him glad, since he won't have to pay him when he gets back. It is a fog-enshrouded evening when the owner returns to his park and decides to test ride the new roller coaster. The owner is not impressed, when suddenly, the engineer's ghost appears in the car seat next to him. The owner says that since he was not afraid of him in life he is not afraid of his ghost, but the ghost says he merely wants to explain his creation to him. Now that the fog has lifted and they are plummeting down the track, the owner screams in terror as he see the track cuts off in mid-air. As the car flies off of the track the ghost says "What's the matter? Didn't I build the world's most frightening roller coaster?"

The general accepts the task as a simple one and departs for Earth. When he lands he approaches a house where he spies three figures through a window and hits them with stun rays. Bringing them back to the king he attempts to make them cringe by threatening them with death to no avail. The king is outraged and has the general executed.
