I disagree with whoever added that to the Notes section. Granted that Spider-Man hadn't met Doris yet, but isn't it conceivable that the Human Torch's girlfriend would be somewhat of a celebrity at the time? The whole world knew the Human Torch was Johnny Storm; thus, Johnny Storm's girlfriend should have been known as well. I guess I would just like to believe that this story took place when it was published, not more than a year later. I'm going to remove that "note" for the time being.
