Tweed Courthouse

Comparing the building that appears in this issue's first panel and photos of the Tweed Courthouse I think it's safe to say they're not the same location. The Tweed Courthouse has an octagonal rotunda, whereas the building in this panel has a rounded dome. The wings of the Tweed Courthouse are also shorter, and it has a lot less vegetation surrounding the building. The pediment of the Tweed Courthouse is at the same height as the roof, whereas in this issue's building it's closer to the ground. The staircases on both buildings are also shaped differently. Unfortunatley, I couldn't manage to find what building is it actually supposed to be, assuming it's in Manhattan, based on Peter's narration commenting he could have taken care of the Vulture's kidnapping.

I think it's possible it's meant to be the Tweed Courthouse, but with a healthy dose of artistic licence.

I found it, it's the Brooklyn Museum in Brooklyn. Here's a streetview that roughly lines up with the panel in the issue.
