Name Change[]
None of the alternates have been using the Araña alias. The 616 character also hasn't been using it for about a decade now. She is much better known as Spider-Girl or simply Anya. HBK123 (talk) 09:19, July 6, 2020 (UTC)
- It's not that none of her counterparts are called Araña, it's just that the alias won't appear on the page. Regardless, I agree with the suggestion to move the page. MysteryScooby 21:26, July 6, 2020 (UTC)
- Can't we keep both Araña and Anya Corazon disambiguation pages, kinda like Peter Parker and Spider-Man? Many people can share the same alias, and Anya herself have different versions, some who areSpider-Girl, other who are Araña. I feel like we should not move this page, but instead keep this one as Aranã (for the Anyas who aren't Spider-Girl and for other characters who could use this alias) and create another page just for Anya Corazon. - Peter Parker has a separate page from Spider-Man because there are many, many other characters who have used the Spider-Man alias. Nobody except Anya has gone by Araña and we already have a separate page for those who went by Spider-Girl. HBK123 (talk) 15:19, August 11, 2020 (UTC)
- I agree changing this disambiguation to Anya Corazón, in the same way it has been suggested to move Arachne to Julia Carpenter.
--The ADour-incible ADour (talk) 18:10, August 11, 2020 (UTC)- I don't object to using her most well known real name, but is there any in universe example of the accent on the surname? I checked her first two appearances and several handbooks, which show her full name to be Aña Sofia "Anya" Corazon with no accents anywhere that I saw. -- Annabell (talk) 18:43, August 11, 2020 (UTC)

(Re)create disambiguation page[]
Hey there! I see that this page was deleted and we should redirect to Araña. But many alternates to Anya have been using the Spider-Girl alias instead of Araña. Isn't it better to keep both Araña and Anya Corazon disambiguation pages, kinda like Peter Parker and Spider-man?
