Albion is not from Earth-616 and may not always remain a villian (Marvel has characters switching sides all the time). He is an alternate version of Brian Braddock, though that may not be the name his parents gave him.
Move?[]
It can't be moved to "Albion" as that's a disambiguation page. Since we don't know his current reality or name, I say this designation makes the most sense. Even though he's not from Earth-616, this is the reality in which he's operating.
Perhaps in the future when his identity and reality are named we could move it to a more specific title.
