Marvel Database

I'm in mobile so I can't update the page properly so please anyone?

Anyone read the latest Uncanny Avengers? Plus someone should state the event involving the ThunderBolts where they met one of Ross' former soldier imbued w/ some kind of Celestial powers.

Nothing important related to the Celestials happened in the latest issue of Uncanny Avengers. The Sentry just mentioned that they'd be angry at Earth because they killed Exitar.

Antibodies, Humanoids (Celestials), and Nameless (Race) should all be merged to this page for the following reasons:

  • They're all part of the Celestials, not separate things altogether, thus excluding the need for separate pages for each of them.
  • The "names" of two of them are actually descriptions made by Thor rather than proper names:
    • "I am attacked -- by strange, nameless creatures!!"
    • "An army of humanoids!! All determined to prevent me from reaching the shattered dome -- and completing the destruction of the Celestial's brain!"
  • "Antibodies" are never called that in the issue they appear.

Move to "Celestials"

I propose moving this page to simply be called Celestials and having the current Celestials page be moved to Celestials (Disambiguation). The only reason that this has the "(Race)" modifier after the article title right now is that there is an obscure character with 2 appearances who has been called "The Celestial" in an issue.

Having this page moved would have the additional benefit of making the page more visible to a lot of people in a time when these characters are very relevant (thanks to a certain movie and giving it a cleaner appearance). I don't think anyone is going to be accidentally confusing them with the obscure character linked above. 36px-Jack_Frost_running.PNG Emitewiki2 36px-Purple_Frost_running.png 20:14, 6 November 2021 (UTC)

I 100% agree. And the singular/plural opposition is enough to differentiate the Orion/Thor amalgam. BloodyNinja (talk) 20:21, 6 November 2021 (UTC)
Yes, this makes sense. I officially support this. Skippy Farlstendoiro (talk) 20:32, 6 November 2021 (UTC)
